********* AND DISGRACEFULL COMPANY - **** WHO THEY CAN

Last year I go a phone call - the person said she was from Telkom. She then informed me that we would need to fill in a form if we wanted to stay in the directory. I was still under the impression that I was talking to someone from Telkom. The form was sent through and I was told that she had a deadline to getting the form back. I must send it back straight away. I signed and sent it back, then I read through the form and realised it was not Telkom but Telecom. Then the nightmare started. I e-mailed them and told them I do not have authorisation to sign any legal documents. They have continued to harass me. I explained in more e-mails that this was a huge misunderstanding and I was under the impression that I was talking to Telkom. I have told them repeatedly that I do not have any signing power for the company. I have never received the Contract or an Invoice from this company. I never received any phone calls or e-mails from their accounts department regarding anything. Out of the blue I get a phone call from a Debt Collection company to say that I owe this huge amount of money. Now everyday I am being harassed by a Debt Collector. This is totally unacceptable to me. They are con artists.
