Tiny print pricing (no digits) and negative value

Telecom agreements deliberately mislead WRT pricing - the print is so tiny and absent of any digits whatsoever that my assistant couldn't find it. We've now had to report them to the DTI for breach of the Consumer Protection Act for failing to observe at least 2 rights. 1 - failure to provide clear pricing. 2 - not charging a reasonable price for good / service (over R7,000 for online listing of a phone number and company name - not even a description or anything). It's not surprising that my assistant thought there was no charge for this service!!
