Telecom is a ****!

People from Telecom called me saying they are just updating information for the new 2018 telephone directory, when I inquired it was the white and yellow pages book they said yes. I even said I just want to make sure because we receive a lot of **** from people who want to list your business online on the sub standard websites. They sent me a page I needed to fill out to ensure the current information is still up to date. Again saying its the physical book telephone directory Now two weeks later I received an invoice for a bold online listing for a ridiculous amount of money. This is not what I agreed upon!?! They are ******** people. Even their e-mails are from ********** Email I received with this is also from **********
