Telecom Directory

I received a phone call from Sabelo claiming to be from the Telecom Directory. He kept asking me if I received his email and he kept re-sending me his email. I asked him what this form was about and he said its purely to "update" our records for the Telecom Directory. I said I do not have time to complete this now and I will do it when I get the time. He kept on phoning me 4-6 times and he was rude a few times to me as well. After being fed-up for his calls and rudeness I completed the form and sent it back to him. He assured me that it is only to update records. Half of the company's details were already completed so I really didn't think this was going to be ****. Almost a month later I received numerous call AGAIN to enquire on payment for an invoices. I told the lady that I did not receive anything and she sent it to me again. On this invoice they demand R7176 from me. I have tried phoning their customer call centre numerous times to enquire on this and to try and cancel this but I am getting nowhere. Now this women is threatening to take legal action against the company.

Please help!!!
