Was placed under the impression that this was Telkom simply updating their records, and was assured that no charges will be incurred. Have been harassing me for over R7000. Using telkomsa.net in their e-mails to pretend that they are from telkom. They have a "debt collection agency" called NCR - pretending to be from the National Credit Regulator owned by the same person!!
