Received a poor quality faxed "order" from Telecom Directory for listing. The document looks like a legitimate Telkom order form. The small print is illegible due to the poor quality of the fax. The "order" was cancelled immediately when the invoice was received. Despite several emails and attempts to contact Telecom Directory the matter was handed over to their debt collectors.
