I send you email about telecom directory sending form to us without anyone's concern now they have handed me to the debt collectors

Those people they sent us a form without telling anyone in a company in result they told me to sign the form and i explain to them that i'm not the owner they told to sign and send back to them, how can they tell me to sign things what they exactly know that it must be paid without talking to the owner whether she would like their services or not. What i have experience with this people for them is to make money not to do business, because when you are in a business you sell the service they people will or leave it, but not the way they are doing, today i received a call the debt collectors asking how much i can pay i told them i don't have money, they said they will come back to me.
