They cheated us

On 28 April 2015 a technician from Telecare came to my house to install a Dstv satellite dish. I'm working away from home, I only come month ends. I expected them to do a proper job only to find they cheated us. They put a short cable. According to Mutlichoice it is stated clear that the Dstv decoder comes standard with a 10metre cable if you want additional cable you pay extra. Telecare is an accredited installer. I can't change the position of the tv because the cable is short. I want Telecare to come back and fix their mistake.
