being billed with access to the data

good day i have a contract with telkom . i took pocket router year before last. last month i didnt receive data as usual. i though maybe the contract is over i was surprise when they debit this month. i went to telkom today to find out why they are still debiting while i dont get data. they find out that my data has been used but they cant trace who used it, my router in my bag worse part the battery was flat. i managed to get atleast two numbers that received sms from my number. these numbers are ********** 62 and ********** 384.
