After sale services

I was very excited to learn that a television repair shop is available in the Pretoria East area. I handed in the TV and the repairs were done, no mess no fuss. However, when I got home I struggled to program the repaired TV and thought maybe I should request the same supplier that fixed my TV to come and assist in identifying what the possible problem could be. I phoned Monday the 29th of June requesting assistance in this regard, of which I was told the technicians will be booked to come out to the premise on Thursday the 4th of July, on condition that it is approved by management. When I phoned today 7 July 2015 to enquire why nobody pitched to attend to my problem, I was just told that management did not approve the request to send technicians to my home and deal with my problem. If this is the afer sale service provided by Teldon Television & Video Services, I really don't see the point ever going back to them. Really dissappointed!
