My personal input of the company is that they need a bit of customer service training. The Owner was extremely rude and insulative, and got very personal, to my request for tensioning of the electric fence . They did install the electric fencing a few months ago and I requested that if they could just come to look and quote tensioning of the wires as all of them are quite slack. The insults I received as a customer was truly unbelievable . Seems as these people believe that they don’t need to give follow-up services once the job has been done. I have never been so insulted on a phone call as today , very very unhappy with the service quality they gave.
