Tekweni Recycling employee Ashlin bad attitude and ignorance

I recently made a visit to Tekweni Recycling. I'm new to recycling , so I went in to sell white paper which I had accumulated for some time . As I entered the waste centre I followed the que to the weighbridge and weighed my van . Then when it was time to offload I offloaded some paper together with the help of the boys working in the yard. Then the waste centre employee by the name of Ashlin came looked at the paper and said some of the paper is not clean . You must sort your load out. Also yelled at his boys as to why they didn't reject the load. Thereafter he walked away . I was confused whether to still offload the vehicle or to take it back home. If you in charge of the waste centre at least advise customers what paper is hl1 and explain the different grades and prices. Ashlin has no work ethics and he is not customer orientated. Ashlin is rude and not fit to be working in a place if he doesn't know how to treat customers . He just ignored me and walked away . He didn't even look at me or face me as a customer. Furthermore I don't advise anybody to deliver to Tekweni Recycling. The service is poor and I felt bad by the way he treats other staff members. He behaves like he owns Tekweni Recycling. We need to inform provincial as to how a recycling centre such as Tekweni is issued a licence and so poor service to customers and no customer ethics. No advice is given regarding different grades of paper . Only receive attitude from Ashlin and ignorance.
