TEkS Trailer Hire in Secunda- Ripping me off my deposit

I rented a trailer on 29 October 2020, I got a puncher within a 15 kms, put the spare wheel and get puncher again within 1 km. When I return the trailer the owner didn't want to listen that his spare wheels were not up to the standard, they have slow punch and releasing air.

When I tried to explain they never care and demanded R490 to replace a spare wheel that was not even road worthy. I have to pay and forfeited my deposit. I will never encaurage anyone to use their trailer, otherwise you will get stuck on the road if you get a puncher and their service is very poor.
