Bad service and Horrible attitudes

Took my laundry to get ironed, I was told they would let me know when my laundry will be complete, they did Not contact me and when I went to the shop, they were closed. Did not even leave note on the door for daily clients, or even confirm that they close at a certain time. The name does not show on the shop and upon asking about my laundry, I received horrible attitudes from the owners aswell as the staff member who was suppose to notify my. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional how they treat clients.
