Waste of time with slow customer care!!!!!!

Any retail store that cannot handle exchanges in 2024 gets 1 start. My havainas that I purchased from the crossing branch 23/12/23 have already torn,send them back and they tell me they have to send them back to customer services and I will be given a call when I can get a new pair?I just wanted an exchange but at this point I’d rather get my money and buy the same sandals on takealot,return is faster and convenient there.
