Veru bad service from these people, me as grandmother bought my grandchild a pair of shoes at bela bela branch, the assure me if the shoe fo not git they will refund or replace, tge shoe was to small when my daughter ho there they said the shoe is dirty and broken , I wrnt back to the vela vela branch took photo of the same shoe exactly the sane, the point is the manager was willing yo let her get another shoe when she cannot find another pair he said the shoe is dirty and broken , I fo have photos of the shoe. They want my daughter to pay for the courier to send it back to me , then I must take it to my branch. Someone should of ring me from bela bela branch..nothing.. the shoes is R300, it is a gift , it is all about tge principal, how can the shoes be broken and dirty if it not fit. U can see in the photo the shoe was never weared. !
