Took a brand new Adidas NMD for cleaning after 1 use, picked it up a few days later, and I was in shock, it was like a dog had my shoe.

Permanent staining on my shoe, leather brushed down so badly that it got worn, took it up with the owner and that’s when everything went south

Owner is immature and childish, clearly does not know how to run a business, has no way of speaking to customers

Did not take responsibility for my shoe even thou they took pictures before they booked my shoe in. How the hell does she run a business

People stay away, I now have a messed up shoe that cost me R2500 and I cannot use it
