Horrible service delivery

Horrible service delivery Called a day before going in (21/12/20) to ensure I got my shoes before Xmas thereafter on Tuesday (22/12/20) I took my shoes to the store and was assured I would get it latest Thursday the day before Xmas. So I called them today, xmas eve, after three calls they located my shoe as they seemed to have lost them (within the store... So I need not stress). Asking me if I would come pick them up a week later (29/12/20) I was told I did not pay for express delivery and that they took on too many shoes as "it is December and we are busy“. Now it is Xmas eve and I am left without any shoes as I took my three pairs to Takkie Wash. I would not have taken it to them if I wasn't promised a delivery date.
