WOW , Exceptional Service

<p>Must say Tekkie Town you do life up to your logo " Exceptional Customer Service !" We bought tekkies for my son at Tekkie Town at Wonderpark 3 weeks ago , and the tekkies sides started making a bubble , on Friday the 24th June my wife returned it and thought theire`s going to be a Big fight with Aline the Manager , because fist had to take some photos and paperwork . I was phoned by Charlotte Head Office and explain that`s the proses and yesterday the 27th June we got a call and it`s been replaced . Well done and this is Customer Service !!!!!!</p>
