Worst store ever

So I bought my twins Adidas 16 July 2024 in Westgate mall Mitchell'sPlain Cape Town, it started to peal I took it into the store and the Manager seemed like she had all kinds of excuses not to replace my 2 pairs of takkies. Eventually I found the slip cause that was one of her reasons aswell.

They can't give me a turn around time to how long it will take for the outcome of my damaged takkies Back and forth she entertained the customers that felt they want to be involved in the back and forth. I told her I have changed my mind when she ask3d me if I want to replace or my money back, I would rather prefer my money back. Melissa the supervisor called me now to advice they approved it for me to exchange the takkies. Where I have been clear in my response with the manager that I want a refund.
