Worst Shop Manager

My husband bought me a pair of boots on Sunday for Mother's Day. Firstly their computers gave hassles and i stood at the till to pay for over 10 minutes before they explained to me what was going on, after i had to ask. Then on arriving back home, i realized that the sales person left the security tag on one of the boots - so how did i walk out of the shop, without the alarm going off? I contacted the shop on Monday morning and spoke to Grace (the shop Manager), she had such a i-don't-care attitude.... with the comment "eish...". I took it back to have the tag removed on Tuesday and again her attitude was even way worse - she obviously has NO PEOPLE S****S! Worst service by a manager ever.
