Worst service in Plettenberg Bay

<p>I received very expensive Adidas tekkies for Christmas, bought from Tekkie Town in Plettenebrg Bay. They were a little tight, so I wanted to exchange it for a bigger size. I was promised each day for two weeks that the shoes will be here tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. I am still waiting for the shoes. </p> <p>The store does not give your money back if you are unhappy with the product. They only offer vouchers for the same amount. It's 2017 people! Get with the program!</p> <p>The staff are slow, unhelpful and have no idea whats going on. In my opinion, they should close the store down, because it is an absolutely useless addition to Plettenberg Bay. I called and asked to speak to the manager who never seems to be there. I asked for his email address and what a surprise, they dont know his email or the email address for head office! </p> <p>We spent a lot of money with them but they just dont give a damn and they dont care about their customers either. We will never support Tekkie town again. </p>
