Worst Customer Service!

I ordered a sneaker online and made payment. When tracking the order, it was stuck on “with courier” for days. Since I saw no movement, I decided to contact Tekkie Town customer care only to be informed that the order has been cancelled. No one informed me that the order was cancelled and I had to follow up myself.

Now I am sitting waiting for and order that was not going to be delivered and no one thought it was important to inform the customer.

What ********** customer service this!
