Worst customer service by Tekkie Town in West Street Durban

I've never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I bought tekkies for my boys on the 16th of the current month, two pairs. They didn't fit my kids so I went back to return them yesterday, when I got to the store the sales lady who helped me the fist time I came to the store did not help me at all, now that I need help with changing sizes I was all on my own. I didn't get the sizes I was looking for so I requested a refund, the cashier told me that they cannot give me a refund they can only give me a voucher, I wasn't happy with that but fine I did accept because it's stated on the receipt as well. Now because I was late for work I left the tekkies and told them that I'll be back today after work for my voucher. I went there again today, spoke to a guy whom I believe is a supervisor or a manager there, by the name of Simo. I then requested that he gives me a voucher like he said he will the previous day, he refused to. I don't need the tekkies anymore.....he refused to give me a voucher, told me that I can take the tekkies and return them elsewhere. I failed to understand why he couldn't give it to me because that's what they told me they will do instead of a refund I will get a voucher. The guy was so rude, I ended up leaving the store with no tekkies, no receipt no voucher. I had to even go to another branch in Gardner street, manager from that store called the guy in West Street told him to give me a voucher but he still refused, then he sent one of his staff to go and get the tekkies.....Simo still refused, said I must come to the store myself. Imagine running up and down the stores, I mean is that the way they treat customers? Basically I was ****** by that guy, he has the tekkies with him and I have no voucher with me
