Worse service

<p>Purchased my 3rd takkie in 2 months from takkie town in paarl mall yesterday. I returned it 2 hours later as my friend already has a jogging takkie and it would be a waste of money. YES I do understand that your policy states behind the till slip that you do not allow refunds but nowhere in the shop did I find a single stating you do not allow refunds. your manager showed no interest and simply told me i lost my money,he did not even make an effort to contact anyone. is he there to make decisions? I have emailed, smsed ample of times from different phones. I am disgraced by the service.you have lost a loyal customer. Stop deceiving people and let them know you do not allow refunds. </p>
