Who? What? Where??

<p>I purchased a pair of mens Caterpillar shoes from Tekkie Town Retail Crossing end Nov 2015. About 2 months ago it started with the squecking noice. I contance TT HQ and was informed that they will not do an exchange due to the fact the i dont have the box. I do however have the slip. I contacted Medicus Shoes which is apparently the distributor. Medicus shoes collected the shoes from me in Johannesburg on 30 June 2016 for inspection. I was informed by Jaco Jordaan that the shoes are defective and that he would be willing to replace it. Unfortunately that style wasnt manufactured anymore and Jaco gave me his websites name to check for a different pair. Of course I agreed to pay any difference. However most of his shoes where over 500-00 more expensive than other online shops. I informed Jaco Jordaan that i wasnt willing to pay so much extra for shoes and the he must return my shoes. I was then contacted by Jaco on the 15th of July and informed that the manager of TT Retail Crossing. He contacted me on the same day and I explained the wholes story again. I was informed that he would contact me. I was only informed today that after I contacted him that TT HQ will contact me.</p> <p>What is going on??? Why is it taking so long???????</p> <p> </p>
