Vrot service

Just recieved very bad customer service from Helen at tekkie town the more I try to explain that I cannot a reverse a payment older than 40days because that's what my bank told me the more she is telling me I need to make time to go into the bank and do that this lady must never contact me again because she is totally unprofessional telling me I do not want to corporate but it looks like I'm just sucking information out of my thumb! I've been struggling with this damn account for how long now and it's not getting sorted first she wants to know the account number I paid it into hence me sending my stuff the whole time absolutely *******! Why did I send the proof if you insisting on me giving those information again and then stating that it was paid into the wrong account why ask this again if you know the whole information.
