Very bad service from Tekkie town

I recently ordered two Nike bag packs online on Monday. However, when I tracked the order today, it showed that the package had been delivered, which is incorrect as I did not receive it. Furthermore, I did not receive any communication from the team regarding the status. When I inquired about it, I was told that the order might have been canceled due to lack of stock or courier delay, without any prior notification . I'm not happy at all.tekkie town online service is extremely bad I need the bags delivered ASAP them changing courier is not any of my business and them not having stock it has nothing to do with me because if they didn't have enough stock I was not gonna be able to do the purchase please @ tekkie town fix your mess and deliver those bags as promised.
