Very bad service

I bought a shoe online and I had to return it because it was not fitting. I wanted to one size bigger. The customer care advised me to go into the store and return it but I told them that due to Covid 19 and an underlying medical condition I could not go instore. They told me that I will be refunded and I should place another order. When I was refunded I received R60 less. When I enquired why they told its a handling fee. This is ridiculous and absurd. You guys need to catch a wake up, you can't be doing this to your customers. Your customer care service is pathetic.
