Very bad service

Tekkie town Canal walk manager who is on duty tonight has no etiquette and manners on how to deal with customers. We were ill advised when buying soccer shoes and now they refuse to take it back!! They sold us the wrong shoes and the manager on duty says we must go to customer care to complain. I didn't buy the shoes from customer care...I bought it from Canal walk store!!! They must sort it out. This is going on 2 weeks already. I would give zero stars if I could!!
