unresolved complaint

The customer service department non-existent.I ordered black tekkies and pink tekkies arrived.I informed their client care of the error they informed me the incorrect will fetch and a new pair will delivered in the same time.Their calls are recorded now there policy changed overnight. I did not request pink tekkies and the pair that was collected never reached their warehouse yet its been a week.How do I get my money back from this mediocre store.
