Unpleasant shopping experience/misleading customers

Good day,

can you please put up your returns policy in the store where customers can see it before they make a decision to purchase from your stores. It is very misleading for customers to learn about it, once they paid for the goods and they are stuck with them.

I purchased a pair of Team hustle Nike sneakers at Evaton Mall Tekkie Town yesterday because my son is desperately in need of shoes, only to find out that they are small . I went to exchange them at Eyethu Mall today because i stay in Orange Farm and was advised that they don't keep them in small size and that i should go back to where I purchased them. I tried to get a refund and was told that it is written at the back of my slip that no refunds only exchange can be done or a credit note which i have to obtain from Evaton Mall as i bought the shoes there.

It was the first time shopping at Tekkie Town and surely the last time. The shoes were even R10 more expensive than Edgars which accepts returns
