unpleasant experience with the sales agent

On the 9th of August I went to Tekkie Town Mams Mall as they had displayed a sale icon. I walked in and one lady approached to assist and said if I needed help with sizes I should call her. After making my decision on what I wanted to buy, I pulled the boxes that i had selected and to my disbelief this lady came to me with an off tone, asking why i'm unpacking the boxes, Repeating that she told about calling her for assistance and now I have unpacked and left the one box on the floor. The box she is referring too is a pair that I wanted to buy. I responded telling her I didnt see the need to call her because what I needed was in front off me. She went on and on and that's when I walked out of the store. Not only am i angry, but she seemed not to care. The company will continue to loose money with such individuals. i left without buying the 3 kiddies shoes i wanted.
