Unhelpful and useless

Staff not helpful, not willing to assist. Not willing to transfer me to a manager, blocks me to speak to a manager.

Can't give me any information on my delivery.

Useless staff, unfriendly, rude and unhelpful.

Call in a couple of time, then the call drops and the agent drops the call. Hold more than 10 minutes at a time to speak to someone that can't help me!
