Unhappy Customer, Tekkie Town.

I have placed on the 1st December, I have not gotten my order yet. The last update was of last week Thursday and apparently it is still in transit. No other updates, I have since read a lot of complaints of others waiting longer for their orders. Companies are closing and most of us took the option of having our orders delivered to our work addresses. Now I am afraid it wont get delivered in time and I dont wanna have to deal with this during the holidays as it is my hard earned cash. I asked for a contact details of the JDEX courier and they tell me they dont have contact with them. How trustworthy are they then? What do I do next because waiting for Tekkie Town to answer their phones is a mission. I am very unhappy with the service. I need reassurance and assistance asap because this is unacceptable
