UNFAIR LAYBY POLICY AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to a tekkie town store in Kenako Mall, in which i did my layby it was about 2 or 3 months ago because i was unable to finish off the remaining amount i wanted to cancel to the layby and get my cash back on the item. i am well aware that i won’t get my money full cause of the charges of laybys .They said that they don’t do refunds on items i have to take another item of that amount of money which was R400 . I was never informed about this nor did my slip say no refunds are done in the store .I went around the looking for something else , there were 3 consultants that were helping me that day in the store and they were all unwelcoming of me, one of the three made me feel as though i was a threat to the store as she followed me to every aisle i went to and pressurizing me to take something else. They saw that i didn’t want to take anything else they forced me to take a voucher , so i had no choice than to take a voucher even though i wanted my money back. The person by the till called someone who could help her with giving me a voucher. while i was wating i over heard them talking about cash refunds and how they give them out where as they said that they don’t do cash refunds to me .I do not appreciate such mannerisms i am never shopping at Takkie Town ever again!
