UNFAIR LABOUR PRACTICE

My niece is employed as a P40 staffer in one of the stores in soweto.xThey all report for work at 8:30 but are requested to clock in at 12:00 and clock out at 17:00 At other times they are asked not to clock in because they might reach(exceed)108 hours they were contracted to work.All their permanent staff clock at 8:00 and when asked they respond by saying (No ones gonna rob them of their monies)My poor niece is afraid of being victimised.Poor african children are being abused at their work place.Why is Tekkie Town doing this to the black child.These kids must use taxis to go to work and again they must still eat while they are there..The manager and supervisor are not pertubed about whats going on there as long as their hours are not tampered with.Its either I help my niece take the legal route or they fix their mess..
