Unfair dismissal

Am very hurt about what is happening in this company the way the treat the staff after working very hard for them,I was one of they staff working for them they are lacking on customers service also In communication in December time we worked very hard for them working from 6:30 to 20:20 sometimes we don't even get transport to go home come January we work preparing stocktake we found that the is tomuch loss which they want to blame the staff while the was a security by the door also we were working with regional manager but they only fired all the staff ,after we were fired we waited for our pay they did not pay us when we ask them they told us that they won't pay because we owe them R29,000 per person for a loss which they have insurance that is paying them ,then we go to CCMA to report them when the day arrive the don't attend the court and the commissioner will say they were there while they were not there cause we arrived early so please help us to fight this corption tekkie town is doing of unfair dismissal and don't pay them they money
