Underpay workers

Zunurah Wolmarans worked for takkie town in wesgate mall which she is still a scholar she app**** for a casual job the kept back pay and underpaided her which stated in the contarct its 14.40 a hour they pay her for a weeks money whcih she worked 12 hours a day the pay her only R116.05 for a week which is not correct and they pay there people out of the cash till just with a normal till slip i contacted Head office which they told me its not correct they do get paid out of the Till but she surpose to get 261.00 for a week my calculations i made and my understanding is she surpose to get if it is 14.40 an hour and she start work at 8 minus 1 hour lunch which she works till 7 at night which is 10 hours a day and 1 day off in the week she works 6 days equals to R864.00 a week . called the manager at westagate she explaind of back pay which head office says they dont keep back pay for a casual so were is the rest of the childs money they take advantage of the kids beacuse they young am taking this further because you dont do that dont they serve a living god to ***** from youth like that.
