Unacceptable

So I bought shoes on 09/06/2019 from the Northridge Mall branch(Bloemfontein). Got home, found that the fit was too tight and went back to exchange it. There was some regional manager there on that day (I don't recall his name) who told the sales lady to call the other branches to check if they had stock. They found a pair at the Aliwal North branch which the manager then promised he would collect and and bring here by the next weekend. Today is the 5th of July, and nothing yet. He had the sales lady call me yesterday to inform me that he will have it here by next week Friday. Which to me is unacceptable. I told the sales lady to please have him call me (since I know there isn't much she can do) and still, no call. Unacceptable. I need someone to get in touch with me regarding this. Managers should not promise services they cannot deliver on.
