They sont care about customers. They will take your money and lie to your face.
You told me that I would receive my order before Christmas and now this courier guy told me that he don't have my parcel and that he would only come back next week. This is my order number OLW***7. I'm so disappointed and will never use you people again. I will demand a refund and cancel that order because you don't care about your customers!!Before I made the purchase I call your offices and they ensured me all parcel will be delivered before Christmas. And when I track my order it was 3 days ago in Beaufort West but all of a sudden it is in Johannesburg. Never again will I use this mother ****ing service . I will demand a refund don't lie to people just to get their money!!!!!!!!!!!!!

24 Dec 2021, 11:16Are you ****ing kidding me me right now.. I just got a call from a lady that lives in Bethlehem that told me my parcel was delivered at her house. It's more than 700km away from my house. Who is responsible for this ****. How can you deliver something to a person without identification. This courier guy service and tekkie town don't give a **** about customers. Both are so ****ing useless.
