The Ferndale on Republic store is a shining example of a premium customer experience, all the staff there are great, but the Manager Tracey in particular should be commended for her professionalism and friendliness.

She went out of her way to get the correct size of trainers I wanted, ordered from and delivered all the way from another store in KZN at no additional charge! She even remembered me as the New Balance guy when I came in to exchange them.

Even though I live in the East I will always drive there in future. Keep up the great work and go show the other Tekkie Towns a thing or two, Tracey!
