Terrible policy
I went in Tekki Town Hillcrest to cancel my laybuy for a shoe and they refused to return the money to my card which was the method of payment I used to open the laybuy. They offered me a credit note and said they won't give me my money back. This is completely against the consumer protection act and is totally unfair and *********. If anyone knows how I can get hold of their customer care line ease could you assist me. I'm definitely going to take this up with their head office because this is not right.
