Terrible customer care response
<p>I bought a pair of Jack Parcel tekkie on the 16 December 2016. I only wore them once on that day and they torn. I took them back today the 24 December 2016. The area manager by the name Garry told me he will not be able to exchange them as it was my negligence because I wore them on a rainy weather and they have water stains. I am a regular customer at this shop and yet got treated like I am there to scheme them. He told me I can even call customer care if I wish</p>
