Terriable disgusting Tekkie town midlands

I am very upset with the midlands branch i have been here on the 2nd December to purchase a taki but one of cards on your system says declined yet the money had gone off i swiped 2 cards an both said that but the money has gone off.

From the 2nd they making me run around For my refund the of R130 .

I am very unhappy with the way i was treated especially by the guy named Eugen he was rude an he never understood anything we said to him been higher up .

The manager at the time was amazing he helped me as much as he could but thdelevel of service from higher up was poor am disappointing.

I am here again on the 6th and now its another story this is absolutely ridiculous an inconvient and today is the 10th an yet the still have not refunded me this iz so wrong i want my money .
