Tekkietown shoe quality
Bought Hitec walking shoes 25/11/2020. Two months later they start tearing. Two and half months and tears are BIG . I always buy my shoes from different store and shoes last very long. What is wrong with Tekkietown quality then.

20 Feb 2021, 11:30Tekkie Town headoffice phones me thursday. I try to explain to the lady that i'm at the docter and ask if she could phone in 2 hours. She said no not going to phone back i must just go to any store anytime. Rude. So this morning i went to Kolonade. They could not assist because nobody at headoffice seems to look at the photos sent. I insisted to be helped and after 45 min the manager came back. It's approved but now they dont have stock or cash to refund me. Took the shoes and left because useless Tekkie Town cant help me anymore. Must go back sometime and frustrate myself again. Only good thing i can say for now - Dimakatso at Kolonade really tried to help. She was amazing. But without proper support from her headoffice she can only do that much. Thanks youre a star Dimakatso
