Tekkie Towns blatant refusal to exchange inferior product.

I purchased the Hitec shoes, that looked 3 years old after normal office use of about 5months. Tekkie Town management refused to replace the shoes, saying its normal wear and tear. I contacted Hitec directly, which immedeatly replaced the worn shoes with a new pair. Knowing of the shoes inferior quality, I wanted to exchange the brand new shoes for something of a better quality at Tekkie Town . My request was blatantly denied, so I am stuck with the inferior quality shoe, even above the fact that I was willing to spend more on something better.
