Tekkie towns bad serbice

To who it may concern, il like to convey my gradually disappointment upon the nad service from tekkie town,i bought shoes which within period of month were diffective, went to mall of north store where i bought them, did an exchange nd took another pair double the price as the defective one, nd was for my sibling, he did not like them so i drove all the way from tzaneen to polokwane mall of north tekkie town nd only to find they dont want to refund my cash back, this is a very bad disappointing factor nd nd poor service to customers, how do i come to your stores after such bad service, not only will u loose me as ur customers but also my family,
