Tekkie Town Zevenwacht

Hi im Dillon and would never buy anything from Tekkie Town again in my life...My girlfriend went to Tekkie Town in Zevenwacht Mall to buy our 11months son a pair of tekkie last week Saterday we got home the shoes does not fit him its the right size but the shoes doesnt want to go in because (Fat feet) She went back om Monday to change the shoes and looked for something else but she did not find and so she went back to the cashier and ask to give back her money she was told by the cashier that she do not have cash in her till ohk she then went back to get him the nike sandal from Tekkie Town she got home and the Sandal fit but the size its just fit him so we decided she wil go back for a bigger size she got there spoke to the same cashier and ask for a refund since the did not have n bigger size the lady told her the same storie she dont have cash in her til my girlfriend ask the Cashier cant u transfer the money back into my account sins i paid with my card then one guy answer in afrikaans saying JY HOOR MOS ONS HET NIE GELD NI KOM LATER SO OOR N UUR OF GAN NA N ANDER TAK VAN ONS TOE them my girlfriend said to him but who is he she want to speak to the Manager of the store he rep**** and said he is the manager so she told him that not the way to speak to a customer he kept on with his rude attitude so she left the shop and called her father cause he wasnt to far from there they told him the shame storie but this time in a beter way he then left the store but went back after 20 min while he walk in the manager gave him the money without him saying anything. The reason im posting this it is because of the cashier she said she dont have cash in her till but she **** and she did that twice to the same customer so how many is out there she told that story to and the Manager of the Store who does not know how to speak to a customer i really dont know how he became The Manager There is one thing i almost forgot there was one lady who is also a cashier she was really help full she ask the Cashier didnt you just did a cash sale now them the Manager looked at her as if he want to beat her those type of poeple is the ones you need to put in charge of Management of your business 10/10 for that lady
