Tekkie town violates consumer rights

I must say I am shocked and feel ****** by tekkies town Montana Pretoria I bought 2 pairs of shoes for my children and a pair for my self I bought the wrong size for myself and the following day after purchase I wanted to exchange the shoes for the correct size they refused and told me the shoes were soiled but the shoes were never worn and returned within 24 hours now I have to keep shoes which they don't fit me and tekkies town keeps my money I really feel ****** and my rights as a customer have been violated. Tekkies town Montana do not treat the customers fairly all they care about is taking people's money
